XO Footwear (XO, ISO 9001-2000), the makers of Fuel, is a well known name in the field of footwear. We are a multi-million group with sales increasing exponentially ever since our inception. FUEL is now a household name all over India , all because of dedication and commitment of the team.

We have the capability of producing over thirty thousand pairs a day, covering technologies like PU, EVA. PVC, Air, Stuck On, Phylon etc and across all consumer segments. We market our products across the length and breadth of India . Our research and development team takes great challenges in designing footwear for acceptance across India.

We are a growing company with sales and clientele expanding each year. Apart from retail customers we are catering to institutional clients as well, and we manufacture footwear in our facility in their brand name. Some of our esteemed clients include Corporates such as Bata; Construction Companies such as Gammon; Retail Chains such as Big Bazaar, Bharti Walmart; and Government departments/ agencies such as Air India (NACIL).

Manufacturing Setup

We started our journey with one EVA machine but with the dream of establishing a world class facility in footwear industry. That dream is now turning into reality. The group now boasts of having the finest technologies in the world of footwear with a fully integrated manufacturing setup spread across North India and has emerged as one stop for all type of footwear (PVC, AIR, EVA, PU, TPR, PU-TPU, Stuck On and Phylon).

We have an inhouse laboratory to monitor product quality and to ensure that the best reaches the customers. We are also a government approved supplier for government purchases.

We have three ITALIAN make PU machines that are capable of handling double density footwear such as safety shoe. These machines also help in Direct Moulding Process that ensures better bonding.

We proudly claim to have the capabilities that can make high end directly moudled footwear on PU-TPU sole. This sole is considered the best and offers maximum abrasion resistance and flexibility. TPU (Thermo Plast Urethane) is one of the latest materials, introduced for high quality footwear, having better properties than conventional ingredients in terms of abrasion resistance and flexibility.

 

We have two TAIWAN make EVA (ethyl Vinyl Acetate) machine that makes superior quality, light weight and durable products.

We also have Double color TPR machine from Main Group Italy and HOT & COLD machine capable of manufacturing some of the finest shoes in India based on Phylon technology. We have a completely mechanized Stuck on Unit that enables us to make a complete range of shoes.
